GoPro App Preview not working? That is what happened to me. I wanted to shoot some footage with my GoPro and no matter what I did, the quick app would not show a preview. That normally would not be an issue if it wasn't strapped to my head. I needed to see what my GoPro was seeing or I was going to potential mess up a shot that I had one chance to get.

That's where this cable can save the day. By plugging this into your GoPro and then into a capture card, like the Elgato HD60 S+, you can stream the video from your GoPro to the studio app, allowing you to see what the GoPro is seeing. 

This allowed me to successfully aim my GoPro so I could capture footage of a very special shot made by one of my friends. This cable literally saved our shoot.
